This is my very first audio archive. I am a 27 year young man that needs some insite on the call in this site it was the monday jan 24 2005 moc call its the same script we use and I was wondering if you could right me an E-mail and tell me what you would say to the client that tells you he or she did not make that request and insist on saying he dident make it? but i try to go to the paper and pen but just keeps saying he or she did not make the request would you say bye to that person or try to get through to him?
I have learned so much from just listening to these free audio’s. Dani does a great job on explaining the does and dont’s of this business. I have definetely seen myself in some of the don’ts
