Listen to Dani Johnson as she uncovers messages we hear every day that can lead to foolish spending, and what to do to get smart. This show aired June 30th, 2010.

hi dani! i have a ten dollar cell phone and i spend 10 bucks a month (prepaid) on 1000 text messages a month. smart or dump ? ha : )
I heard a cd of your testemony of how you recommitted your life to the Lord! awesome testimony1 a reat blessing. thank you fof transparency! G-d blesses…. “gina giszelle g. cruz” ( by the blood of the Lamb and the word of their testimony….they OVERCAME) : ) BIG GRINNNN!
the G on this computer keyboard sticks sooo bad…ha I really like what you are doin….G(stickssss). Grooming is…. (to be conti.)
What a great call Dani. People in all income brackets are spend, spend, spending, the more they have the more debt and ridiculous amounts of stuff they have. What’s worse is most don’t think or know they have a problem.
I have been working hard to get my family out of debt, on a budget, to slow down on unnecessary purchases, etc.
However, my husband while somewhat better in the past 6 years, is still wanting to waste money often and cringes at the word “budget”. I know we would have had so many less hardships, he says he agrees, yet still is not willing to participate.
Do you have any advice on getting a husband on board scriptural financial principles? I know us being unequally yoked is part of the issue, which he is slowly coming around to. Any tips on getting him to step up and be the spiritual leader and on board for a healthy financial life is greatly appreciated!
Shalom & blessings to you and yours.
