Dani really speaks the truth. I just learned the true meaning of Christmas 2 years ago when I went searching for it. I had to stop thinking that I am going to learn everything I need to know from the pastor. I do not purchase gifts for family members anymore because that has nothing to do with this season. It is the crisis season, not the Christmas season. Too many people get caught up in this merchant season. As christians we need to focus more on the people that do not have. Do not do it just for the season but for the entire year. Every month we should be doing for others that do not have. Many people get part time jobs just to have extra money to purchase gifts for family and friends that are not in need. Many people spend on their credit cards to buy gifts. Why are you swiping you credit card if your already in debt? I am just thankful that I learned the truth of the season and I only give to those that are in need.
