Attending my first event this weekend & brought a friend. It was more than I thought it would be. We learned, cried, laughed and danced. Well I did, some Pearls dance too
. So needless to say, we really enjoyed it. Did you take video of Day 2 of every one dancing (at the beginning and after lunch)?

Sorry Maria, that’s the catch 22 of just grabbing raw unedited footage. Its either take it as is or not at all unfortunately. Like I said in the post, the audio is bad, so turn up your speakers and listen as many times as it takes. Its worth it!

I here what you’re saying about take it or leave it as regards the echo in the videos, but I think you’re really missing the point here.
I’m not a paid member ‘yet’ but i couldn’t subject myself to that tinnitus noise. I know danni is a great speaker and it would have been great to watch these videos, but I think you probably lost 75% of potential new followers and I couldn’t personally recommend anyone to the videos
A good mike pinned to Danni’s lapel so that you could have recorded her voice would have made these videos Soooo valuable.

Keep complaining guys and we’ll just not post videos like this again. The only reason we were able to post these was because of the ease of use and speed of using a small webcam style camcorder. If I had to go through all the trouble of having it done professionally, running a mic back from dani (she’s always mic’d of course) or editing the videos by having the professional audio captured from the event spliced into the videos then rendering out masters and double checking to make sure they sounded right before posting, etc. etc. – you would have NEVER seen these videos – period. Stop looking at what isn’t perfect and start being thankful for what you have and looking for ways to USE what you do have access to. That is the key to success.
