That’s is just out of this world! I love the stories that were shared here. And how the stories were connected to the world today! It really showed me how I can apply the principles from epic stories to the modern day marketplace minus the camels and horses

This call is amazing! This should be a REQUIREMENT for everyone in the workplace… EVERYONE before they get their first paycheck! I have never in my life heard anything like this, especially not from the great success book ever written.
I got ALOT out of this call, some of which I have on track and others I need to get in line with— cannot hardly wait to see how my ACTION will sprout!

Dani, Thank you SOOO much for this message! It was so timely to take few hrs. with you and the DJC family!!! Every Wednesday night Broadcast brings new revelation to me…listening to this broadcast was so refreshing and such a great reminder of who we need to represent in our lives, to work with diligence no matter what the task is before us!! One of my goals for 2013 is to give honor in a greater way where honor is due (Yahweh, Husband, children, parents, siblings, etc.) Dani, it is beyond words how HONORED we were to be in the presents of you & Hans, Kevin McCullough, Steven Baldwin & etc this past weekend. To just sit and soak up the wisdom that flowed from your lips, the confirmations that we received just from listening in on the conversations that took place!!
You have impacted my life in a way that will never be forgotten and will have a great effect on those around me!! People like you and Hans are hard to come by!! You are greatly appreciated!!!

As always, I learned a lot tonight. Repetition is the mother of learning something new. I have listened to the bonus proper call from the WOD programs over 100 times. Dani talks a lot about Abraham and Joseph in that bonus call. Thanks, Dani for your longevity, loyalty, persistence, and love that you shower on us (such as Joshua to Moses or Joseph to Pontifer). Listening again and applying information today at work and at home with husband and three kids.

Dani, Your say Gods word says to honour your employer your boss your coworkers so how do I do this if the boss does not do the same but instead is looking drilling to get you in a trap and use it to get you fired. This is a person who makes people ticked off emotionally for such a long time such that you loose total focus in the task that need to get you that bonus, this is a person who is not approachable always gives instructions commands and doesnt ever appreciate the good but always time and again highlights the negative, this person has gotten co workers sacked this are skilled people who have families and one day they were just let go. This person literally Lords it over people will look at the negative to highlight it so that it canadd up to get you fired this person is very aggressive and does not apologise instead will rally other bosses against the team,this person is not a leader but a manager just a manager of process not to develope and raise the standard across the teams this is not a person who promotes initiative any person who proposes suggest is quickly spoken down to we are there to do and not to ask to listen and not to be heard which is very oppressive, demeaning , disrespectful and is a reason to quit
How does one rise up above this situation as an employee ?
what if the channels to raise this up to are not impartial ?
As much as I am honouring God in such an environment it is really difficult to see the time in training for the last 2 of 6 yrs its just getting worse longevity in this case is definitely not building trust because other co workers new to the job are chosen to run with new projects ignoring those who have been in long standing with the organisation.
I want to do good, I want to excel but I think I am in the wrong place or position .. any ideas ?
