You know how you can end up with little odds and ends in your kitchen? You make one meal and fragments of half the vegetables are left in your ‘fridge, often forgotten or worse, growing fuzzy. Half an onion, some garlic, a little bit of broccoli… the makings of a mouthwatering meal!
