Abraham Lincoln once said, "Leave nothing for tomorrow which can be done today." And sure, that may be a great thought. But according to some studies, 1 in 4 people admit that they are chronic procrastinators. It’s easy to make excuses or create distractions for ourselves, but is beating procrastination really as simple as just doing it? Listen to The Dani Johnson Show on Wednesday, January 30th at 12 pm ET/11 am CT as Dani discusses strategies to help you stop procrastination dead in its tracks!

I would like to listen to this a second time.. but it won’t let me… how can I do this??

Listening to the recording…
I have been a procrastinator for all my life. I have let way too many things pass me by as I idly watched. It has been so much a part of my life that I am not sure how to overcome it. In my case I am not sure it has been distractions, as much as it has been me sitting on my hands living in my comfort zone. I have always felt that if I had a life coach that could get in my face when warranted, I could start to overcome this. I really need to get busy, because I have so much to catch up on, as far as money, career and family life is concerned.
I feel just like you David. I know I should be up and doing things, but have let life pass me by. enough of this already. I am going to first steps to success in Orlando in March. it will be my second time, maybe this time I will let enough sink in yo actually do something.
Great show, just what I needed to hear. I have been such a procrastinator all my life and in the recent years I’ve just become aware of just how much has passed me by & what I’ve lost. I’ve blamed it on everything from my up bringing, to how I have perceived what my role in life is/ or should be. I am slowly overcoming the fear of the unknown, but it still holds me back at times.
I really need to hear this how do i listen in. I am in 10:48 central time know
Thanks
