With election time right around the corner, many people across the nation are looking to the next president to come in and save the day. But many others seem to be at a loss, unsure of where to go from here. After all, it seems to come down to choosing the lesser of two evils. So what do we do? Listen to The Dani Johnson Show as Dani discusses the upcoming election and your part in it.

For those of us who have a Savior, we aren’t looking for a political savior.

We look for better leadership than what’s Obama provides, which is really no leadership at all. When you don’t make decisions that is not leadership.

When you divide people by causing racial tension, when you pit the poor against the rich, when you pit personal decisions/cultural issues for peoples personal lives for political gain, (and the list goes on) none of those fall into good leadership. Rather, it’s manipulation. When you promise something on your original campaign and you don’t live up to it and worse you blame others, you pass the buck, that is not leadership. When you are quick to gloat in taking the credit for something others were responsible for (OBL) that is not good leadership.

Neither candidate, whoever wins, is a savior. We need better leadership than what is there now bottom line. The definition of insanity, as we all know, is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different results. The current leadership isn’t working and it shows.

So you can have the word play of using “savior” and “lesser of two evils” but it really comes down to QUALIFIED LEADERSHIP.

I am a Republican and an African American, but if I vote for Obama it will be because nobody on Capitol Hill worked with him, or even gave him the respect that the President of the United States of America deserves. The Republicans in envied him and worked against him just because he is black. There is just no room for that kind of ignorance in America today.

Ernest, as a conservative, it has nothing to do with working with him. He has an idealogy that we don’t want to take this country in! You’ve got to look at what he’s done to the country in 3.5 years. You’ve got to see all the czars who are not accountable to us he has set up. All the mandates or dictates he’s done. And we’re not supposed to be under a dictatorship! He spent 4 trillion dollars to pass onto the next generation(s)! He is just taking us away from what made America great! If it seemed like they weren’t working with him, these are just ‘some’ of the examples. We need to get away from socialism and that is his vision for America to grow government! Do you really want this??? As a capitalist you must see how ineffective government is when it runs things. GSA come to mind?

p.s. Ernest,,,is that a reason to vote for him? Are you not concerned for the future of America? Look at your rationale here. As an African American I’m sure it’s great to see a black man in the White HOuse. I get that. But look at all the African Americans in the Republican party or don’t they count? Colin Powell & Condoleez Rice were in his administration! Brilliant people! Allen WEst, Justice Thomas! There are so many exceptional black Americans and you can be proud of all the accomplishments they’ve achieved. I just mentioned a very few. But contrast with the population of blacks it really is amazing!!! But if you have kids, think about them. What do we want to hand to them??? The writing is on the wall when you follow the vision and principles of the leaders!

Dani and Hans, I am so grateful for your leadership.
I think this topic goes beyond who is the more qualified, or which candidate is the lesser of 2 evils. I received this today and am passing it on to you:

    What does this word mean?
The word ‘Dhimmitude”is found in the new health care bill; so what does it mean? Obama used it in the health care bill. It is used in the health care law.
Dhimmitude – Type it into Google and start reading. Pretty interesting. It’s on page 107 of the healthcare bill. I looked this up on Google and yep, it exists.. It is a REAL word.
Dhimmitude is the Muslim system of controlling non-Muslim populations conquered through jihad. Specifically, it is the TAXING of non-Muslims in exchange for tolerating their presence AND as a coercive means of converting conquered remnants to Islam.
ObamaCare allows the establishment of Dhimmitude and Sharia Muslim diktat in the United States . Muslims are specifically exempted from the government mandate to purchase insurance, and also from the penalty tax for being uninsured. Islam considers insurance to be “gambling”, “risk-taking”, and “usury” and is thus banned. Muslims are specifically granted exemption based on this.
How convenient. So I, as a Christian, will have crippling IRS liens placed against all of my assets, including real estate, cattle, and even accounts receivables, and will face hard prison time because I refuse to buy insurance or pay the penalty tax. Meanwhile, Louis Farrakhan will have no such penalty and will have 100% of his health needs paid for by the de facto government insurance.
Non-Muslims will be paying a tax to subsidize Muslims. This is Dhimmitude.
I recommend sending this on to your contacts. American citizens need to know about it –

As a Black American, for the first time, I too am at a cross road. My people was denied the right to vote and many have died for me to exercise my “Right to Vote”. Yet, I am in my car 10 hrs a day. I listen to All radio stations from Hip Hop, R&B, to Am stations eg Rush L…; Tom Hartment, Mark Levin, to Coast to Coast. Last but least, what ever I hear, I bounce it off with a friend who works inside the “White House”. American, as we know it is in TROUBLE..real real TROUBLE. I can’t talk much to “my people” because they think I have consumed the “koolaide” and I cant talk to the Republicans/Ronald Regan because they think that American, the Red, white and Blue nation will live on forever regardless of our national debt, corruption, morale decay and entitlements, At the end of the day instead of “We the People”, , seek God, humble yourself, pray and see him , then will he forgive and heal the land. (2 Chron 7:14).. For anyone who wants to educate themselves, go to TopDocumentaryFilms.com and watch several films on debt, big pharma or food. Once you watch about 6 movies, you will realize that our Savior comes from above, not the White House.
