You’ve heard the old saying, "Birds of a feather flock together," or "You are who you hang out with." But is it more than just a saying? There is usually some major truth to those old sayings. In fact, God cares a lot about who you surround yourself with. Listen to this Spiritual Equipping Broadcast as Dani shares how your environment impacts your entire life, and how it can open a portal to massive blessing!

Dani, I love your way of teaching in every aspect of life. You have opened my eyes and helped me to love God and see what he really wants and expects from me. But, I have a question, why do you go to church and worship God on Sundays instead of Saturdays like the bible sais? There is no chapter, verse, or and book in the bible that says we have to worship and save the Sunday. So, if you really are preaching the truth abouth God I think you should not skip the 4th law writing by Gods hands. I’m not perfect and I’m not judging you at all, I just had a voice telling me to tell you about the truth meaning of the sabbath. God bless you and your ministry. I would love one day to meet you in person and maybe go with you to those places where you go and help people. I love helping the less fortunate. And I would love for my kids to do that too. I’m a pastors daughter and I have seen poor people, walking on bare foot and being hungry. So I do know how fulfilling it is to help others. I hope I can get to do that soon. I’m doing as much as I can here where I live, I ask people for food and clothes and anything else to give to the poor. I love doing that. I hope you can respond to my email soon. I live in Illinois. Have 2 kids, 11 and 5. I’m 29 years old and been married for 12.
Hi Dani, I hope you won’t mind if I address the question that Lorena had speaking from my viewpoint. The views expressed are mine and not necessarily those of Dani Johnson
Colossians 2:16-17 says, 16Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: 17Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ.
The law is a shadow of what was to come, Christ.
Paul speaks very clearly that the law was a school master to bring us to Christ in Galatians 2:24. Why? So we would be justified by faith. Lorena, Jesus came to set us free from the law so that we would not be slaves to it. His law is Love, Love God Love others.
We are justified by faith in Christ not by keeping rules. He has written His law on our hearts. I think Dani said it very well in her Note from Dani on January 3 and 7. Old things have passed away and all things have become new.
I am not saying that we should throw off all constraints because the Love of God should constrain us, we should always want to please Him. In the book of 1 John it tells us that perfect love casts out fear because fear involves punishment. God does not want punishment for us he wants to set us free.
Many people quote John 3:16 and it is a very important verse but we need to couple it with verse 17, 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
He is not here to condemn us, our sin does that, he came that we might have life and that more abundant, to set us free. Please don’t get bogged down with following rules and regulations everything we do should stem from faith that Jesus finished the work on the cross so we would not have to.
I hope you can accept this in the spirit that it was given.
Thank you for listening. Much Love and Grace in Christ,
Dave
Thank You Dani for such a timely message.
Great message! So true that our success or lack of depends on who we associate with.
Dani,
Wow. God’s timing is so perfect. He knew I needed to hear this today and the prayers you said. When you pray I feel God’s love pouring out on me so generously. He is Almighty and merciful so full of compassion. His love is unconditional. Thank you Dani for taking the time to share this message. I will put my trust in Him and say yes Lord. Have a blessed trip to Israel.
