One day as I watched OWN, I was about to go into my kitchen when the segment of LOVE KITCHEN came on the screen just as I stood, and it’s as though I became paralized. Since that day I’ve seen preview after preview of the up and coming debut of THE SECRET MILLIONAIRE, and last evening I saw a clip of you on t.v. as you gave your web address. I’m saying all that to say this. “God has a plan, and I’m in it. He has allowed us to become a part of each others life for such a time as this. Thank you for you inspiration. These first steps you have outlined in this first video are great. I sat and listened to it completely. Now I want to go back to take more notes. While growing up I was told to pump people for information. I intend to listen to all of your words taking them to heart. I have had dreams of becomming successful. Everytime I tried I ended up surrounded by people who would put ideas, inspirations down finding the negative about every concept there was to succeed. I hopefully have removed those people from my life wishing nothing more to become successful in living the life I have always dreamed about. Thank you for making this knowledge open to everyone. I was interested in ordering the two offers that were presented after I completed and submitted the order form for your free book. However, because the server response was horribly slow – I have 5 megabit web access via a fiber-optic connection, which provides me with almost instant access on other sites – so I suspect the problem may have to do with your servers being inundated with requests, and the offer of “streaming” video implied that I would not receive CDs, but instead access via the web, I declined the offers. I just didn’t want to pay for the frustration on not being able to access the information. Hopefully, there will be other opportunities for me to purchase your offerings on more reliable media. I just don’t know how this will help me, I dont have a job, I had to quit my job due to health issues, I feel like there is no way out of my situation, I feel like such looser because I am probably the only person that is in this situation only because I dont have a job. I suffer from depression on top of my health issues. Hello Dani, I watched you on Secret Mill., thought you were sincere and looked you up on line. Found this site and watched the video, it was inspiring. I lost my job last year due to I was in and out of the hospital for medical problems. My 11 yrs.old daughter has chronic illnesses and I have to take her to the doctor several time a week. I have my church helping me to pay my rent and some bills. I would love to read your book but, can’t even afford the shipping. I really found your first video inspiring. I have my own business and believe that your videos will help me to get over some of my insecurities in running my own business.

What do I need to do?
Okay, book info and order form finally appear, but THERE IS NO PLACE TO ADD A PHONE NUMBER, just whether it’s day, evening, etc. So I’m guessing that’s the reason I’m getting an error that “this field is required” — although it doesn’t specify which field or mark it in any way.
Kudos for speaking with enthusiasm, but the message seems muddled. I get it, you were homeless with a bad reputation and are now a millionaire. You repeated this so many times, I couldn’t help but roll my eyes. Obviously you have some sort of MLM business. Your message was so full of “me, me, me, look at me now”, I have no idea what your “secrets” are.
Believe in yourself. Your are your own best asset. Think possitive. Blah blah blah. Same old self help stuff that is as old as the self help business itself. Get a promotion at work by kissing the asses of those above you??? Come on! No secrets here. Just waiting for some sales pitch that has to follow.
Sounds to me like an attitude adjustment program. Problem though, is that not all people can muster the kinds of personality changes she’s suggesting. Most people are just naturally miserable all the time. They don’t like other people, and once you get into that kind of mindset, it becomes like a comfortable old shoe. She’s talking about major personality changes, and unless you’re able to make those changes, you won’t succeed in this program.
I see where she’s really making her money….through the other more expensive offers that come up when you try to order the free book. “Oooh, order this while you’re at it! Only $99.95 with this special offer! And try this offer too! Only $29.95 for a limited time!”
Uh huh. Whatever.
As for what I said before about the major personality changes, this program is really about turning yourself into one of those people who kiss everyone’s butt all the time. It’s the same as psychologically prostituting yourself to everyone around you, and if you’re like me, you know that no self-respecting individual with a modicum of personal pride would choose to behave that way. She’s preying upon those of us in financial crisis, who are at their wits end, struggling and hoping for a better future, and this rotten economy is certainly helping her to accomplish this.
This economy is the only reason she’s suddenly so popular. If the recession never hit, I doubt we’d even know her name.
Yes, I think you’re right, she is just a fraud, that’s why Oprah, Secret Millionaire, NBC, CNN, The View, etc. had her on their shows. Get real! Do you think Oprah would put her on and risk the trust she has built up with her viewers over the years if she was a fake?
Being nice is not kissing someone’s butt, it is showing honor to someone that can help you succeed. A good place to start is simply being kind. Try it!
Your personal pride is what has gotten you into this financial crisis. God forbid people should actually be nice and helpful to one another. The world might actually stop spinning because someone is nice. Heaven help us. That person is being nice they must have no self respect what so ever. Get over your self……If people would just be nice to one another this world would be a much better place to live in. But as they say Pride goeth before a fall. Hope you don’t hit the ground to hard.
WoW Eric – Are you ever wrong – But then again, for “YOU” you might just be right – That’s what’s going to keep you EXACTALLY where you are today, in your relationships, in your finances, in your job, in your relationship with others – Keep doing what you’re doing, and you’ll continue to get exactally what you’ve been getting….. I am wondering why, if you want people to have your book and the enlightening information in it for FREE, why not make it available immediately as an eBook?
Right, ebook would be great for us that have email/internet but do not have a credit card, etc. FREE is not free when you have to pay shipping and handling. At this moment I don’t have a job; employers ask for financial info. when your credit rating is low they won’t hire you as they’re afraid you’re a BUM and will steal from them. Catch 22. If I had a job I could pay off bills. Can’t get a job because the credit rating is lousy. Okay, I’m listening to this but all seems to be aimed at people with jobs already. Selling on ebay and doing the best I can to keep going and not lose my house.

Hi. Dani I moved to this country ten years ago and I believe this country is full of upportunity and everyone on this land is suppose to be well off. I found out that maybe 90% of americans live paycheck by paycheck and most of them are struggling financially but scared to open the door to new upportunity. I started talking to some young guys about forming a group of people that refuse to settle for average, demand more from life and are willing to bring there ambitions together and as a group(power in number), turn them into businesses. See I represented my country of origin to olympics twice in two different sports and I like chalange.I believe it builds caracters and I strongly believe God wants all his children to be successful in this world. I guess my biggest question is how can I reach out to all these low spiritted people and empower them to get up and start a movement, to walk hand in handtoward a better future than they ever emagine for themself and their families. Wow, its better all the money in this world.

I watched you on Secret Millionaire and heard about you on Family Life Radio. God has been impressing on my husband and I to get out of debt so He can utilize us in the community more. I’ve been wondering how are we going to do it and am excited to see what ideas you have to share. I can already tell from watching this first video that you are using a Biblical basis and I’m thankful for that. I just wanted to say that at the time in your video where you start talking about the woman who was a government employee and 40 lbs overweight, my jaw dropped. I’m not her age or level of debt, but it was as if you were speaking directly to me at the same time I was thinking, “I’m a government employee and don’t plan to stay there. Maybe when I get another job I’ll look at doing this.” I sincerely believe that God doesn’t take us to the next level (my husband calls it “graduation time”) until we are faithful where we are at. It’s easy to say, but harder to implement. I’m looking forward to the next video!

I found myself in a position where I had to report another Asst for violating state laws. He got a promotion and I wound up looking for a job. Went from $42,000 to $11,000 a year. House goes to auction in April unless I find a miracle.

Thank you for the inspirational talk and the employeepreneur mindset that is useful to adopt especially for employees, but I still don’t have a job despite my many resumes. I have no product (except my self) to market today and the bills are awaiting payment. Do I take any product/skill and market it, and how do I market without the money. I don’t even have $7 on a single credit card to buy your book.

That sounds great Dani. Just one question, what if you’ve started a business that you are passionate about and are doing everything you can think of to promote the business and yourself but not only is the business not growing is seems to have had a small peak and now crash financially? My husband and I started a personal training business and decided to charge a very low fee for sessions because our passion is to help people and see them get healthy but make money while doing that and the situation I just described is the short version of what is happening to us. We don’t even have our own place or the means to pay our own bills right now, we need our business to succeed and we need it to make money like yesterday. Like I said that’s the short version of the story there are many other factors involved.

I am in the process of building my business and have found it hard being a Christian in today’s world (especially in Australia where it is almost taboo to love God and Jesus is mostly seen as a fairy story that you grow out of!) I was looking at the Secret Millionaire programs I had seen the advertisement on abc at my friends home and I decided I go online and see If I could watch the program much to my amazement I am stealing wifi from my neighbor technically borrowing since they know that I don’t have internet unable to afford it. I have lost my home effective March 31st, 2011 yes just a couple of days ago. Yes I did feel like a failure through the process of fighting to keep it and not able to succeed. However, after so many months of the roller coaster of emotions and ups and downs I ask God to help me make the decision and pick my life up and move on. I recently became employed a merchandiser part-time for Hallmark is a job helps me keep gas on my car, insurance, pay for some of the debt I have know and will assist in moving my belongings into a storage facility that my friends are paying for me. I am in welfare i receive food stamps is an unfortunate situation and I saw you I watch the first video and you remind me that I too have some stories in my life but I want to be successful in order to help others as well as myself. I have many needs medically I need assistance I broke my elbow last 9/11/2011 accidentally flip my bicycle over and did get treatment but is not fully functional and in constant pain. Also my 1997 Honda Accord has many maintenance mechanical challenges. Well I will stop know I don’t want to bother you with anymore issues truly your video make me think and yes will change somethings. Also will look at what I have in front of me and do something about it. Or I’ll see a vacant building and have an idea for a business that would fit the building’s architecture and/or location, but without financing or how to go about obtaining financial backing would just let it go. It seems that supporting a family takes all of my time and energy, leaving none to after the dream.
I will attempt to apply one of your steps at work this coming week – not hatin’ on the boss. It makes perfect sense as to what you mentioned, like DUH! Why didn’t I think of it like that? This small step may lead to a huge change in my life.

Thank you Dani for sharing your God given insight. What you give us is just common sense but we don’t stop and look clearly enough to accept what is before us on our own. I appreciate you holding up the mirror and helping us see what needs to be done. Sometimes we learn things but don’t retain them. Yes, my Mom always said “where there’s a will, there’sa way”. And every day when my Dad came home from work, his first questions to my siblings and me was “And what did you do today to make this world a better place to live?” (And he wanted an answer!) These were positive, encouraging attitudes but thru life we allow ourselves to be pulled down. It is imperative to surround yourself with people with good attitudes. Something not always easy since we could be married to, or given birth to these people. Your teaching touches my heart and causes me to want to touch others in the same fashion. Hi Dani, You have been sending your emails to me for some time now but to be honest I have not watched them or listened to them. I have been taken by so many other “make money ads” that I figured yours was just one more. Well today I got your email and decided to listen to your video. Again, it sounds to good to be true, and how much is it going to cost me? You see I have spent most of my working years behind a desk in an office somewhere. Two years ago I got laid off so I went to work doing something I never thought I could do. I’m a Care Giver for seniors. I my self have just turned 61 yrs. old and could not find a job in an office anywhere. I like taking care of the elderly but there is not much money in it and it is not a very steady job. Dani, Thank you! You are a blessing for sharing your life. I will be 62 in June. So far I am farely healthy, even after all the years abused my body. My husband is not so lucky. He contacted lung cancer about 5 years ago. They were able to remove most of his left lung. But this left him a completely broken man. He has no desire to improve his life. He is severly depressed and has been slowly losing his short term memory and each day it gets worse. He lays in bed most of the time. And on top of all of this he is paranoid. Learning about Shaklee and what it has to offer gives me hope because I believe some of what they sell will help my husband and me. I also would love to get out of the financial rut we are in. I am very excited about being able to change my life and my husbands. For a long time I had no hope. Well, I could only watch about half of this video before I was continually interrupted to purchase your ‘free’ book (all I have to do is pay$7 in shipping)….so out of frustration, I did…thinking/hoping I could finish the video. After purchasing the book, I went back to the video, but it wouldn’t let me finish. I’m a bit ticked off about it. I didn’t get all the information promised in the video…not to mention all the ‘bundle’ packages you throw at me when trying to check out and finish my transaction. I’m sure you’ve got incredible information, but my first experience here has left me feeing a bit scammed.

I have used those promotional principals and they work until something happens on the job that you don’t expect as far as a health problem. You find out who your friends are real quick and you get bitter knowing that you have done these things to promote your employer and your subordinates. When I notice a worker that does his/her job well not only do i thank them I will approach their superior and put what I have wittnessed in writing. There must be a way for me to get on a better route to reach a goal to give me some success.

I don’t have a job and am attending college online to get my BA degree and am sure I will have one heck of a large student loan to pay back. I am a stay at home mom, and have been since our marriage. I worked outside the home only for 2 years, and cleaned cabins for a couple years. Have only a hiur gh school diploma. Does your “grooming ” cost a lot of money?
My husband has a degree in forestry, which he practiced for 26 years, and for the last 10 years has been a facilities manager, at 2 retreat centers, and 6 years at a pre k-12 school. I moved to another state, was hired at the first job I applied for. I have passed the required 90 day before you are considered an employee. I have shown my supervisor some initiative, by how to rearrange products for new products to be displayed. Now I am just waiting for the book to try more to receive an increase in pay and promotion. I love what you said about “look for some one to serve”. I have a home based business, and when you said that the first ones I thought about was my customers. I seem to have received conflicting messages from your information. First of all are you a born-again Christian? You use scripture when you are talking, although I didn’t hear you mention Father God once. If you are do you care more about people or more about money? You said your book is free, however the shipping is not. This is the very ploy so many others sales organizations use. (Come out from among and separate yourselves from them says the Lord and touch not any unclean thing; then I will receive you kindly and treat you with favor… 2 Corinthians 6:17) Then you either charge a $10.00 shipping charge over the radio or a $7.00 shipping charge online. Finally and correct me if I’m wrong, you state that you will give your information through your website ( videos) which is absolutely free. However, after the first video and in order to access the next video(s) one must buy the book. If I understand this correctly that would be misleading as well as false advertising. In order to purchase the book one cannot send a check or money order but can only buy it with a credit card or debit card. If you care about people more than money, there may be many of us who don’t have a credit card and all we have left in the bank is $2.03 cents to buy a loaf of bread or 1/2 gallon of milk.

The check that I receive monthly is $130dollars a month. I am at the point of giving up on life until I listened to you tonight. I also get a social security check of $1,2500 monthly. I like the concept. One of the problems is debt and can’t possible pay off the debts. I would love to help others help themselves and become independent and more reliant.
I haven’t received a check over $100 from Melaleuca. You see, I was the caregiver for my mother and my husband for nearly 15 years. After losing my husband and mother, I went to work in the school system and was forced to retire because of a terrible fall and problems with my back along with other physical aliments. What else can I do, I really love Melaleuca and would love to advance and become stress free. I can’t sleep because I am constantly thinking and worrying about my debts and having a residual monthly. Please show me how this can come to fruition without thinking constantly of giving up.

Sounds good Dani but I am not sure that something can be done about my situation. Lost my house last year, me and my husband had to go bankcrupt, and now life is pretty much miserable. I sure hope their is something you can do to help us back on our feet again.

I have listened to the video and I love what I have heard. I am eager to hear and learn more. I am currently not working, just moved to Fl with my husband who is retired. I do have a business that I was doing back in New York, i.e, selling Avon products. Didn’t have much customers there and since I have moved here it’s worst. It would be a blessed thing if you would be able to, whether through your videos, your book or personally be able to help me to get this business off the ground and to watch it grow. I have posted email on the internet that I am looking for something to do from home and I have had so many contacts but I am scared. I have heard about so many scams and I don’t have any money to throw away. It’s my prayer that God will guide me to the right one and I feel somewhat drawn to you.

Confused and skeptical. Towards the end of your first video you mention the female government worker (Joy) in the dead-end job (presumably not making much money) paying off over 250k in debt in 24 months, while the 2nd example (Ryan) is the man who, using your principals, made over 110k in compensation at his job (with a side job that paid well also) only paying off 40k in debt after owing a million. Also, and perhaps you will get to this later, what the significance of the “box” you had in your trunk, and what part that played in your success. You also don’t mention HOW you started (first steps, i.e. “the box” and the flyer) down the road of success. I think the concept you speak of in the first video is sound, and look forward to the others, but I’m going in skeptical based on the examples cited in the first video.

My first interaction with the Dani Johnson website has been very disappointing. Got time after the holidays to watch the much anticipated free video and the ‘free’ part has expired. Nowhere did I see any warning it would expire.

Tried to get the free videos butwas told the “free” offer had expired. Never attempted to get “free book offer”, it was the 5 free videos offer that expired according to the website.
Free book? Hardly. When I clicked on the link it clearly says I have to pay $54 dollars. Shipping a book would not cost that much, book are parcel post and even priority mail package would not be that much. Just another scam, disappointing.
Hi Keli, as stated above the offer for the free book has expired. The free videos are still available though. The $54 total does not sound right to me either, the book itself is only $14.95 and even with Fed-Ex 2nd day shipping the total would be $36.45. If you are outside of the U.S. that could change the shipping cost though. Please contact one of our Call Center associates and they can get this straightened out for you.

I actually was drowning in depression and I turned on the TV and you were speaking on Inspiration channel and I found you website and I just knew this was something from God. I want the book, but was confused by the video which offered it for free except for shipping and handling, but when I clicked the link it totaled $22.15?
