Use Common Sense To Build Uncommonly Good Relationships
Willingness to overlook other’s mistakes and to set aside your ego and admit you also make mistakes can set you up for a big promotion.
Welcome to the first Friday Favorites of November! As usual, we’re giving you a glance at everything going on in the DaniJohnson.com offices. Here’s what our crew had to say this week:
“Scaling Up: How a Few Companies Make It…and Why the Rest Don’t” is the first major revision of Verne Harnish’s best-selling book “Mastering the Rockefeller Habits”
One of the Marketing team members, Elena, had a scare last weekend with her furry friend, Jack. He had an allergic reaction and struggled to breathe for almost an hour. Thankfully, with a lot of prayer and a trip to an emergency vet in a nearby town, Jack Jack is back to his spunky self!
Crew member Diane McCracken wore this amazing sweater on a chilly day this week.
Her daughter got very sick during a family vacation several years ago and was admitted to a local children’s hospital. Diane found the sweater in the hospital’s gift shop, and she knew it was God’s promise He would take care of her daughter! She wears it as a reminder of God’s power and faithfulness!
Yesterday was the release of Thor: Ragnarok, and many of us plan to see it together over the weekend!
Willingness to overlook other’s mistakes and to set aside your ego and admit you also make mistakes can set you up for a big promotion.
In honor of this Thanksgiving holiday, we’re foregoing our usual “Friday Favs”…in favor of a SPECIAL “Thankful Thursday!” Catch a glimpse of the “attitude of gratitude” we’re sporting TODAY!
I want to take the time today to help you stop these conflicts from happening or to move on from them quickly.
